Cancellation Window
Cancellation requests are applicable within 3 months of subscription start. If you cancel within this period, your access continues until the end of the current billing cycle and any refund eligibility (if applicable) is assessed based on usage and payment terms.
After 3 Months
After 3 months, cancellations take effect at the end of the billing cycle with no refunds.
How to Request
To request a cancellation or refund review, email support@kuraly.in with your account email and subscription details.
Exceptions
Promotional credits, one-time setup fees, or custom enterprise contracts may have separate cancellation terms. These will be stated in your agreement.
