1. Service Overview

Kuraly provides AI-assisted writing refinement for Indian languages. By using the service, you agree to these terms and our privacy policy.

2. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and any activity that occurs under your account.

3. Billing

Paid subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. Pricing and plan details are listed on the pricing page and may change with notice.

4. Cancellation & Refunds

Cancellation requests are applicable within 3 months of subscription start. If you cancel within this period, your access continues until the end of the current billing cycle and refund eligibility (if any) is assessed based on usage and payment terms.

After 3 months, cancellations take effect at the end of the billing cycle with no refunds. To cancel, contact support@kuraly.in.

5. Acceptable Use

You may not misuse the service, attempt to bypass limits, or use Kuraly for unlawful content. We reserve the right to suspend accounts violating these rules.

6. Changes

We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of the service indicates acceptance of the updated terms.
